How You Can Get Involved
The Friends of Chrisholm, a volunteer organization, was founded in 1995 and collaborates with MetroParks of Butler County to preserve and share the Amish Mennonite story and the farming history of the region.We welcome volunteers interested in historic preservation, gardening, regional history, and Ohio agriculture.

- Be a Curator of our Collections
- Be an Agricultural Educator and work with MetroParks Professionals as they engage young people in learning about farming and the environment.
- Be a Grant Writer to support our many educational programs.
- Be a Leader and lend your Leadership Skills to strengthen our nonprofit and provide a vision for the future of the site.
- Be a Docent and enhance visitors' experience.
- Be a Host to welcome guests to the Open House on Sundays.
