Friends of Chrisholm, a non-profit organization, in cooperation with MetroParks of Butler County, is committed to the preservation and restoration of the Chrisholm Historical Farmstead. We desire to use this site to tell the story of the Amish Mennonite settlement and the importance of agriculture in this region. Your membership and donations support our efforts.Become a member, renew your membership, or choose other giving opportunities to partner with us in the preservation and interpretation efforts at the Chrisholm Farmstead this year! We suggest a minimum donation in the amount of $30 to become a member.

The Chrisholm Endowment Fund
The Friends of Chrisholm established the Chrisholm Endowment Fund in 2014 with the Hamilton Community Foundation. The purpose of this fund is to provide a secure future for both The Friends of Chrisholm and the Chrisholm Historic Farmstead. The Chrisholm Field Trip Scholarship Fund
This scholarship helps fund field trips to ensure area school districts are able to visit Chrisholm MetroPark where children engage in age-appropriate programming provided by MetroPark staff to learn about the farmstead, create lasting memories, and raise awareness of Chrisholm Historic Farmstead among parents and the community. Hamilton Community Foundation maintains the fund and issues disbursements on behalf of Friends of Chrisholm.Direct Gift from an IRA
If you are 70 1⁄2 or older and have an IRA, you can make a donation while reducing your tax burden by asking your IRA administrator to make a gift directly to The Friends of Chrisholm through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD).
